275 drunk drivers challaned, vehicle impounded during 12-day special drive in Gurgaon

To bolster road safety, Gurgaon Traffic Police implemented a crackdown on drunk driving from July 1 to July 12, resulting in 275 challans and the impounding of a vehicle. Multiple teams conducted checks throughout the city, uncovering numerous intoxicated drivers. As a consequence, offenders were penalized with a temporary suspension of their licenses for three months. Continued nighttime operations aim to enforce stricter compliance with traffic laws.
