A nine-year-old boy was fatally shot in Uttar Pradesh’s Kasganj district after refusing to fetch water for a relative mixing alcohol during a naming ceremony. The accused, allegedly intoxicated, fired at the child when he refused the request. The boy succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
