Around 18,500 inmates across 33 prisons in Chhattisgarh participated in a holy bath with Ganga water, aimed at providing spiritual purification. Deputy chief minister Vijay Sharma organized the initiative to help prisoners gain spiritual merit and inspire self-transformation within jail premises.
