Three men were arrested in Chennai for posing as state Corporation officials and issuing fake licences to fish stalls in Chintadripet. They were caught when a licence inspector discovered their scam during a routine check. The trio demanded Rs 15,800 from vendors for fake licences and were found with counterfeit identity cards. They have been remanded in judicial custody.
