Astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore are set to return to Earth after over nine months aboard the ISS. According to Nilesh M. Desai, NASA ensures astronauts’ safe return via crew missions, which occur every six months. The Crew-9 mission will conclude with the docking of Crew-10, facilitating Williams and Wilmore’s return.
