Pranav Pramod Gurav, representing the Railways, surprised everyone by winning the 100m race at the National Federation Senior Athletics Competition with a personal best of 10.27 seconds. Sawan Barwal set a new meet record in the 10,000m race, while Nithya Gandhe won the women’s 100m dash. Five athletes, including Barwal, achieved the qualification benchmark for the upcoming Asian Athletics Championships.
