A Singapore-registered container ship, Wan Hai A17, collided with a Chinese-registered bulk carrier, Hai Li 5, in waters off Guangzhou, China, on October 25 at about 8PM (Singapore time).The Hai Li 5 sunk, and Chinese authorities are conducting search and rescue operations.
