A dramatic chase unfolded in Hyderabad when DCP S Chaitanya Kumar intervened to apprehend a history sheeter, Md Omer Ansari, involved in a mobile snatching. After Ansari attacked the DCP’s armed guard with a knife, the DCP fired twice, hitting the suspect. Both officers sustained minor injuries during the scuffle.
