Jharkhand High Court heard that blood banks, including Life Savers, provide blood only upon donation by a patient’s attendant, despite court orders. The state reported conducting regular blood donation camps and a report on a contaminated blood transfusion case in Chaibasa, where five children were diagnosed with HIV, has been prepared.
