Nine-millimeter calibre cartridges, prohibited for civilian use, were recovered from the Red Fort car blast site, adding a new dimension to the investigation. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has taken over the case, which has already seen the arrest of three doctors with alleged links to past terror cases.
