Kiran Powar, a former first-class batter and seasoned coach, has been appointed as the new head coach for the Assam senior cricket team for the next two seasons. Powar, who previously coached the Mumbai Under-23 team, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity and highlighted the Assam Cricket Association’s ambitious plans.
