In a shocking early morning incident in Patna, Shambhu Kumar, a dedicated government schoolteacher, was shot in the shoulder while bravely attempting to thwart a mobile phone robbery by two individuals on a motorcycle. As he made his way to work, Kumar’s quick reflexes to resist the theft prompted one of the assailants to fire a shot.
