Hockey India president Dilip Tirkey has called an emergency Executive Board meeting after multiple allegations of sexual harassment, misconduct, and ethical violations involving coaches and officials. Recent complaints include accusations against assistant coach Sudhir Golla and another HI official for inappropriate behaviour and abuse of authority. Tirkey stressed the need for stronger POSH compliance, protection for whistleblowers, accountability measures, and a strict zero-tolerance policy to safeguard athletes and restore the sport’s credibility.
