Music legend Lionel Richie was compelled to halt the inaugural show of his North American tour in St. Paul after falling ill onstage. The 77-year-old singer, visibly struggling and taking several breaks, was eventually transported to a local hospital. His saxophonist later informed the audience that the concert could not continue due to Richie’s indisposition, leaving the future of upcoming dates uncertain.
