Gabriella Muñoz, a rising junior utility player for the Livingstone College softball team, died July 9 in Texas at age 19. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences has not yet determined a cause of death. Muñoz was remembered by Livingstone College, head coach Steve Wallace, and her youth softball community for her academic achievement, including a 3.75 GPA, and her personality on and off the field.
