A 70-year-old Nepalese man was arrested for allegedly killing his friend with a hammer. The fatal dispute arose from a monetary disagreement between the two tenants early Wednesday. Police found the victim dead inside their shared rented room after being alerted by the owner. The accused, an ex-serviceman, claimed self-defense after being attacked first. He is currently receiving medical treatment for his injuries at a local hospital.
