Delhi Police initiated a probe after a survivor was abandoned at Kashmere Gate. Two accused, Kuldeep and Sandeep, were arrested and a bus was seized. The accused believed they would not be caught if they dumped her in Delhi. The girl had boarded the bus alone at Noida Sector 63. She had traveled from Mainpuri to Noida Sector 63.
