CWG bronze medalist Seema Kaliramna eyes Olympics push at Asian Games

Seema Kaliramna returned to competition 11 months after giving birth to her son Rudra, after dealing with severe arthritis that left her unable to walk 10 metres or pick up her child. With husband and coach Ravinder by her side, she rebuilt her fitness and confidence, moving from 57.19m in 2024 to a 59.73m personal best this year and a Commonwealth Games bronze. Now, the Asian Games offer another step towards the Olympics.
