Brookfield is entering the industrial and logistics real estate market by acquiring eight warehousing parks from ESR India. This acquisition amounts to $450 million and expands Brookfield’s operations beyond office and hospitality spaces. The warehousing portfolio spans nearly 400 acres across major cities like Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai. Approximately 98% of the space is leased to various logistics and industrial tenants.
