Offshore energy services provider Zamil Offshore has commissioned global digital shipbuilder IncatCrowther and Singaporean shipbuilder Lita Ocean to design, build and deliver a fourth 60-meter ABS-Classed monohull Fast Support Intervention Vessel (FSIV).
