Ankita Dhyani triumphed in the Indian elite women’s category at the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon, clocking in at 1:12:46. Fellow runners from Uttarakhand, Soniya and Bhagirathi, secured second and third places respectively, both achieving personal bests. Meanwhile, in the men’s division, Shailesh Kushwaha narrowly defeated Gaurav Mathur, finishing in 1:05:05 despite Mathur dealing with an injury. The event highlighted the remarkable talent coming from Uttarakhand.
