A 34-year-old man was arrested for kidnapping a 22-month-old boy in Neemrana, Rajasthan. The accused intended to sacrifice the child to gain supernatural powers and fulfill personal desires. Investigators found the toddler at a Kali temple in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, about 40 hours after the abduction. The accused had been influenced by superstition and was previously involved in a theft case.
