Proton, the Swiss company behind Proton VPN and Proton Mail, will re-interview staff company-wide on how they use AI at work, with outcomes that could decide who keeps their job. CEO Andy Yen has assessed over 40 senior leaders. The AI interviews run from November 4 to 11, led by leaders from outside each employee’s team, as part of a wider organisational review of talent.
