Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority achieved substantial revenue from auctioning three plots, significantly exceeding base prices. The highest sale occurred in Kathwada, where a residential plot sold for Rs 697.5 crore. A commercial plot in Thaltej also set a record at Rs 4 lakh per square meter. Meanwhile, a Bopal plot was sold for Rs 68.6 crore, further boosting the auction results.
