Following cyclone Arnab, a low-pressure area has developed over the south Andaman Sea. This system may bring heavy rainfall to parts of Andhra Pradesh in early November. Rainfall could further damage the standing crops in coastal regions of the state. The IMD predicts heavy rains in various districts like Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam during November 2 and 3.
