Knives Out director Rian Johnson has released Chromagraph Camera, an iPhone camera app built by his cinematographer Steve Yedlin and colour science programmer Eric Cameron. It shoots in RAW and skips the iPhone’s own image processing, using the same colour science as Johnson’s films. The app costs Rs 350 in India, topped the US App Store’s paid Photo & Video chart within a day, and currently supports still photos only.
