After 38 years on the run, 65-year-old robbery suspect Balister was finally caught by Kanpur Dehat police. Having fled since his bail in 1986, authorities spent two months undercover as laborers to track him down. They discovered him hiding out at a relative’s place in Auraiya, where he ultimately confessed to numerous criminal activities following his arrest.
