Bombay High Court quashed the FIR and charges against four former Jet Airways employees. The court found insufficient evidence to establish criminal intentions related to bribery. Justice Milind Jadhav noted the prosecution failed to prove a criminal conspiracy among the accused. The alleged briber was also not authorized to approve financial claims. Continuing the proceedings would be an abuse of legal process, according to the judge.
