A startling banner has emerged in Lal Chowk, Srinagar, seeking information about four terrorists: Mohammad Lateef Bhat, Bilal Ahmad Mir, Mohammad Umar Mir, and Abid Qayoom Lone. Notably, police reports indicate that Bhat is the lone active terrorist in Kashmir, with a reward of Rs 15 lakh announced for useful information regarding his arrest. Officials remain silent about the banner’s appearance and its consequences for security in the region.
