Hokato Hotozhe Sema from Nagaland has made history as the first Paralympian to receive the Ati Vishisht Seva Medal, awarded by President Droupadi Murmu. This esteemed recognition follows his remarkable achievement of winning a bronze medal at the Paris Paralympics. With his eyes set on the gold, Sema is now determined to surpass 16 meters at the upcoming Para Asian Games in Japan.
