The Delhi High Court has instructed the AITA Administrator to accelerate the redrafting process of its constitution and ensure that new elections take place by September 30. Additionally, an Extraordinary General Meeting is required by July 31 to sanction the updated bylaws. The ITF has cautioned the Sports Ministry that failure to meet these deadlines jeopardizes the AITA’s international membership.
