Actress Amrita Puri has come out in support of Deepika Padukone’s demand for an 8-hour workday in Bollywood. Drawing from her own experience of unpaid 16-hour shifts, she called out the gender bias, pointing out that male actors with similar contract clauses never face the same scrutiny.
