On July 1, 2026, the homebuyer won the matter before the MahaREAT. In its ruling, the tribunal directed the builder to refund the homebuyer Rs 48.73 lakh and Rs 66.56 lakh, along with interest at the State Bank of India’s Marginal Cost of Lending Rate (MCLR) plus 2%.
