CPI activist Kethavath Chandu Rathod was shot near Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, allegedly due to a dispute over Bhoodan land control in Kuntloor. His wife had warned him about spotting the prime suspect, Rajesh, a former friend, who reportedly collected money from hut dwellers by promising land pattas, leading to conflict.
