A deeply disturbing case has emerged from Bhopal, where four suspects allegedly kidnapped a 22-year-old tribal man, subjecting him to heinous abuse and recording the incident for their own perverse enjoyment. Fortunately, the victim was later located in a semi-conscious condition.
