The Gujarat government has earmarked Rs 301 crore to prepare for the 2030 Commonwealth Games. This funding encompasses a host fee of Rs 200 crore along with Rs 100 crore designated for organisation costs. A specialised entity, known as the Amdavad 2030 Commonwealth Games Organisation, has been formed to oversee the planning process.
