A doctor, Umar Un Nabi, detonated an IED near Red Fort. He and three other doctors planned a large-scale attack using vehicle bombs and gunfire. The plot was conceived in Turkiye and practiced locally. Investigators uncovered significant explosives and are tracing accomplices and overseas handlers.
