Dr. Shivam Kartikeya, a 30-year-old doctor from Ghaziabad, was found dead inside his car. His body was located on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway after being reported missing on September 29. Police discovered a suicide note expressing remorse towards his parents near the body. Investigators stated that there were no visible injury marks on the deceased’s body.
