A gas leak from a cylinder pipe caused an incident at a hostel on the IIT Bombay campus. Five individuals, including two minors, were reported injured and received medical attention at local hospitals. Another fire incident occurred at a labour camp in Mulund East, where seven gas cylinders exploded. Fire Brigade personnel managed the situation, and all occupants were safely evacuated without casualties.
