Cape Breton University’s delegation to India has resulted in the signing of three MoUs with academic institutions as part of efforts to expand higher education partnerships. The visit, led by president David C Dingwall, focused on student mobility, research collaboration and hybrid learning models, while exploring ties with universities and institutions across multiple cities
