India’s flex workspace segment records strongest H1 with 191,306 seats leased

The first half of 2026 witnessed an unprecedented surge in India’s flexible workspace sector, with operators leasing 191,306 seats—an impressive year-on-year growth. The gross leasing volume reached 8.4 million square feet, driven largely by Global Capability Centres, which alone represented 44 percent of the leased flex seats. Bengaluru emerged as the market leader, while Hyderabad and Delhi NCR demonstrated remarkable annual growth.
