Vote counting for the Jubilee Hills Assembly by-election commences Friday at 8 am at Kotla Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy Indoor Stadium. Results are expected by afternoon, with 407 polling stations’ EVM votes to be counted in 10 rounds. The Election Commission has increased counting tables to 42 for efficiency.
