Police said while one of the accused (20) was arrested, the other, who is a minor, was detained on Monday. At 5.15pm, Neetu Verma — the live-in partner of New Colony resident Sanjay Gaba — demanded he leave the premises that day (Sunday) itself. Gaba said upon his refusal, the situation turned violent.
