Veteran actor-director Manoj Kumar, regarded as “Bharat Kumar”, received a state honour funeral in Mumbai, attended by many Bollywood luminaries including Amitabh Bachchan and Salim Khan. Kumar’s patriotic films left a lasting legacy in Indian cinema, earning him notable accolades such as the Padma Shri and Dadasaheb Phalke Award.
