A man from Sitapur has filed a peculiar complaint with district officials, claiming his wife transforms into a ‘nagin’ at night, hissing and behaving like a serpent. After local police offered no resolution, he approached the district administration for help. Officials have assured an investigation, also considering a mental health perspective.
