Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma led a key meeting on the North East Economic Corridor. Discussions focused on improving regional connectivity. This includes new routes to Bangladesh and strengthening the India-Myanmar-Thailand transport link. Development of Guwahati as a hub and enhanced helicopter services were also discussed. Inland waterways, railway expansion, and border trade infrastructure upgrades are planned.
