Barabati MLA Sofia Firdous has accused the Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) of irregularities and a lack of transparency in the allotment of stalls at the Barabati food court. She claims genuine local vendors were overlooked in favour of select groups, with inadequate public notification.
