In the contest, Pakistan batted first with Babar Azam scoring impressively before his dismissal by Hardik Pandya. Imam-ul-Haq was run out by Axar Patel, putting Pakistan at 47/2. Mohammad Rizwan and Saud Shakeel stabilized the innings with a century partnership.
