Pallavi, the wife of retired DG&IGP Om Prakash, has been arrested for his murder, following the discovery of his body with multiple stab wounds at their residence. Pallavi alleges that her husband was drugging their daughter and accused him of property greed and jealousy. Their daughter, Kriti, was uncooperative with the police, prompting a forced entry and subsequent hospital assessment.
