A new building for the Samethadka Urban PHC in Puttur constituency is set to be constructed. The government has allocated Rs 1 crore for this project. The MLA, Ashok Kumar Rai, laid the foundation stone for the new facility. Funds have also been released for PHCs in Hirebandadi, Badagabannur, Karnur, and Kemminje.
